New study says plant-based foods help prevent cancer.

Published in the journal Nature Reviews Cancer, their study says that plant phytochemicals — which include powerful nutrients and antioxidants like selenium, resveratrol, beta-carotene, and lycopene, — are a viable option in cancer prevention.
